-  We offer whole and half steers for sale that are custom cut as per the customers request at a USDA or NYS inspected processing facility. 

 - Total Price is determined based on HCW (hot carcass weight) prior to custom cutting.  

- Deposits are required to reserve a whole or half steer and must be received prior to the animal being delivered to a processing facility.
